COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Tip Lager is a moderate bodied pilsen lager, brewed in the style of a European premium brand. The finest malt and additional aroma hops provide the beer with extra flavour and a smooth bitterness. Golden in colour with a clean crisp palate, the beer has extra maturation time to achieve the 5.2% ABV and smooth flavours. 5 cents per can go to the Cayman Department of Environment, Marine conservation project and Save our Seas.

Csapolva és üveges verzióban is sikerült megkóstolnom. Az egyik legjobb sör volt amit itt a térségben ittam. Halványan édeskés, de nem tolakodóan. A nagy melegben jól esett :)

Took a brewery tour and tasted it "out the tap" and at a few local pubs on the Island (Cayman). A strong locals favorite( 2 separate tour guide and 2 taxi men recommended it!) and superb with a burger. Too bad it will never travel due to small production capacity. toast, herbs, ocean. golden, hazy, frothy, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish, recommend.

Draught at the brewery, on January 25, 2012
Also tried it at the Hardrock Cafe in Georgetown later that day.
Clear straw yellow color, white head. Malty, sweet, cream taste. Moussy mouthfeel, malty scent.
They got something going that works really well in the temperature! Well done, very drinkable, I liked it for what it is!

Tap at tiki bar at the Georgetown port-pours lite orange with a small soapy head and lite lacing. nose has sweet husky malt notes and lite spicy hops (less hops than the regular caybrew). some mineral aspects show up as well. flavors exhibit sweet malt husks (honey?) and less grassy hops than the caybrew. again, not a bad brew, but probably my least favorate of the 3 i tried from the brewery.

In can; pours standard golden lager color. Aroma somewhat sweet (though I mostly could only smell the can ...). Taste was a nice lager, a little bit of a body. Almost sweet with a hoppy finish. Overall not bad and better than I expected. Though like to try draft though
