COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Tip Lager is a moderate bodied pilsen lager, brewed in the style of a European premium brand. The finest malt and additional aroma hops provide the beer with extra flavour and a smooth bitterness. Golden in colour with a clean crisp palate, the beer has extra maturation time to achieve the 5.2% ABV and smooth flavours. 5 cents per can go to the Cayman Department of Environment, Marine conservation project and Save our Seas.

Csapolva és üveges verzióban is sikerült megkóstolnom. Az egyik legjobb sör volt amit itt a térségben ittam. Halványan édeskés, de nem tolakodóan. A nagy melegben jól esett :)

Bottle from ritz cayman. Nose is malty and a bit sweet. Medium body with medium malt and cereal notes. Better than caybrew. ---Rated via my mouth

For my 900th rating I was in the Caymans trying everything they had. The first can of this was standing chest deep in ocean. Color light gold. Nose crystal malt. Taste actually some crisp European hop followed by crystal malt. Slight minerality on finish. Actually fairly refreshing if drank cold. the minerality gets worse if it warms up. Had several of these while on vacation.

[Can (12oz) shared with HogTownHarry & biegaman -- c/o j&m] Pours a clear pale gold with an average size long-lasting frothy white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy along with light grassy hops. Flavour of bready malt, sugar, paper and very light grassy hops. Light to average bodied. Not offensive but very bland. Bland, bland, bland.

12oz can - thanks Jer! (I think) - shared with blankboy and biegaman. Light gold, small head - sugary, weedy and a little poopy aroma - Taste- pretty inoffensive - mostly honey and sugar, a little building nastiness. Light body, ehh. Harsh sugar.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma was grain. Taste is a bit wet refreshing with grain and corn.

2013-12-19. Yellow body with a nice white head. Aroma of cereally grains. Flavour also has noticably cereally grainy character, light bitterness. Average bodied palate, good carbonation. Okay. On tap at the brewery, Grand Cayman

Had this on draft at the port when getting back into our cruise boat. Cold. Non offensive. Fruity. Hard to find anything special in it. I thought the waitress said it was brewed with honey or something. Was quenching after a long day.

Took a brewery tour and tasted it "out the tap" and at a few local pubs on the Island (Cayman). A strong locals favorite( 2 separate tour guide and 2 taxi men recommended it!) and superb with a burger. Too bad it will never travel due to small production capacity. toast, herbs, ocean. golden, hazy, frothy, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish, recommend.
