The beer has a beautiful dark amber color with a hint of red. The beer is crystal clear and doesn’t have a single blur. The beer pours quite some fluffy soft foam, which disappears quickly to leave only a thin white drape of foam. The beer looks very nice and appealing. The beer has a delicious malty flavor. There is also a nice fresh sourly citrus hop smell. Besides al the nice aromas, there is an unpleasant aroma, of which I can’t determine what it is. This aroma is quite unpleasant. The taste is better. It has a rich malty aroma. This results in a sweet/bitter taste. There is also a nice fruity hop taste. This is very nice in combination with the barley. The beer has a nice carbonation and has a good palate. Over all, a nice beer.

On tap at Bittles Bar, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Nose brings out lots of English hops and some light biscuity malt to balance. Flavour is refreshing, with a good balance of floral English hops, light bready toffee and tropical fruitiness. Refreshing and well-balanced. Very solid.

Coppery amber, neat sided white ringed head. Creamy, woody, dusty sweet nose. Bit of raisin, singed hay. Initial taste is straightforwardly toffee bitter, cooling sweetness and a little bit of drab spiciness. Carbonation is firm and stretches things a little, thin and cooling. Finishes neat enough, inoffensively caramel sweetness and a plain, digestivey vibe soaks up any unplesant bitter copperiness that tries to seep into the linger. Nothing amazing, however amiable it is now.

Bottle at home from asda. Aroma is earthy twiggy, woodland berries and burnt sugar. Flavour is composed of twiggy nutty malts, little dried fruit. Palate is medium light with moderate carbonation. Pretty ordinary.
