Fruity flavour of hops, grass and yeast.

Cask beer on tap at the Crown Bar, Belfast. Pours a clear bronze with thin white head. Aroma is light toasted bread malts with some floral and apple notes. Taste had decent bitterness and sweet malts. Mouthfeel was soft with a lingering chalkiness.

Aprocot fruits and grassy meadows are the nose of this pale amber ale with light carbonation and thin lacing of bright white head. Fruity body with a dry bitter finish and some malt sweetness.

Draught at Porterhouse, Dublin. Clear amber small head. Peaty and roasty. Dry and light bodied with soft mouthfeel and caramelly malt. Grassy spicy hops mixes nicely with peat and fudge. Salty finish with mild resiny bitterness. Tasty and easy going!

@ White Horse, Saintfield. Light amber. Faint aroma is vaguely malty. Very watery. Quick, perhaps mercifully so.

On tap at the Porterhouse.
Bronze with thin but lasting white head. Medium bodied, some carbonation. Aroma of toast and corn. Was pretty bitter but not overwhelming. Finish was bitter. Had this so long ago I can’t remember the finer details but it was very tasty!
