As traditional as it gets. European cider apple varieties blended at the press, fermented through the winter, racked, blended again and matured into early Summer. Lightly back-sweetened for balance and bring out fruitiness.
Floral spicy sweet nose, with strong characteristics of sweet apple, stone fruit, ripe orange and a tropical fruit acidity and wine-like tannic/bitter notes balanced with a crisp clean finish.

Clear golden pour, vibrant nose of wine tannins and apple brandy. Perfect carbonation level, first sip is appley but not overly so. Finishes dry with a touch of vanilla. Extremely drinkable, surprisingly so for something packaged so finely in a spiffy 750ml. Robust boozy apple is present, which may limit drinkability for the cider noob. This, however, is a cider nerd’s session beverage. Highly recommended especially for its attention to detail and concise delivery.

Draught at Capitol Cider, Seattle
Blond color. Light apple and glue aroma. Very dry mouthfeel; not much flavor.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught. Pours a clear golden color with no head on it at all. Nose is sweet and rather apply, and reminds me a lot of apple juice. Taste, on the other hand, is actually quite dry and not at all sweet. Feel is very bubbly, and reminds me of sparkling apple cider. Fairly little apple in the taste, methinks.
