Cask (gravity dispense), White Cliffs Beer Festival, February 2006. A copper coloured beer with a spicy aroma, maybe a touch of cinnamon? Smooth and mellow palate. Decent tangy hops to provide a little more bite on the finish. A pleasant drop.
