Appearance: dark amber color. Medium head, beige, excellent adherence to glass and good persistency. Slight sedimentation. Aroma: soft toasty and malty. Floral and slightly-resinous hoppyness. Smells like ripe peaches and red apple. Yeasty with banana and peppery touches. Flavor: sweet and toasty grains start, complemented with fresh and intensive yeast. Candy, toffee, vanilla and nutty touches. Light and persistent hoppy, some aniseed. Grapefruitís reminiscences. Palate: Light to medium body, earthy texture. Good character, nice toasty and nutty. Bottle, 500ml. An amber colour with a good head. A floral hop aroma with a nice dose of sweet plum. Taste is hoppy with bready yeast, biscuity malt and citrus. Moderate carbonation. An enjoyable bitter.

Amber orange body, small particles. Medium frothy, off-white head. Nice lacing that lingers a lot. Aroma is sweet and hoppy with hints of bread and perfume. Flavor is wooden, smoked with notes of tobacco, cheese and some herba presence. Medium body.

Pours a hazy regular amber color. The head is of gorgeous white, creamy and it sticks to the sides of the glass, diminishing very slowly into a wonderful lacing. Aroma is mildly hoppy with a touch of malt to balance a bit. Herbal and grassy notes become present accompanied by traces of dried fruits, almonds and cereal grains. Nice. Flavor is bittersweet with a beginning of clear intense hoppyness that gives notes of green tea, grass and pine. It finishes with touches of grains, toast and a hint of fruitiness. Body is light to medium, juicy texture. The finish is slightly dry with a little of toast. Low carbonation. Easy to drink and very good.

This cats whiskers flood out of the bottle, and doesnít make me purr :) I do love names and labels like this :) The beer is dark amber with a huge head. The aroma is fruity wit notes of apple peal. The flavour is almost crisp like an apple an has notes of fruit, aroma hops, a bit of caramel and a rather dry and somewhat dominant bitterness. Itís refreshing and easy to drink - and tiny unexpected notes pop up once a while.

Bottle. Unfiltered, golden beer with a white head. Fruity and piney nose with some acidity and malt. Thereís some acidity in the flavor as well, along with some malt, fruityness and bitterness. Medium body. Fruity and bitter finish. Iím not overly fond of the acidity in the beer, else it is quite good. (070608)
