Hazy amber beer, good off white head. Light palate, slightly soft and airy. Light caramel malt, well balanced with mild hop. Mild aniseed and minerals. Creamy dry finish. Not bad.

Cask. Ambery golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready, caramelly, herbal, mild toasted and nutty notes along with some wood. Flavour is similar with more bitterness as well as some mild citrusy notes.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hints of flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, butterscotch, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.
