For the last 12 years our Head Brewer, Phil, has been meeting up with Craft Brewers from across the country for a weekend each summer for a Brewers ’Flocculation’. The weekends originally started as a chance to drink each others beer and have copius amounts of BBQ’d food. For the last four years the ’Floc’ has been held here at Wibblers Brewery where a special beer is made over the weekend. Previous years have seen Crafty Stoats, Badgers, Wabbits and Squirrels and this year’s offering is ’Crafty Mole’ A dark almost black beer that’s full in flavour yet easy to drink with an interesting blend of Magnum, Galena for bittering with Cascade and Cluster hops to give a floral finish.
