COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s always 5:02 at the WBC and this is the perfect pint to let the work day sail away. Caramel and toasted malt dance across the palate with some American hop flavor balancing, yet without overtaking the malt character. Bittering is assertive enough to sharpen the finish without taking away from a pleasant malty-sweet presentation.

Tap at the brewpub, surprisingly good after having the rest of their offerings, a pleasant amber, with no adjunct taste and smooth grassy finish. matches the clock behind the copper bar perfectly 502.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber orange with a gray head that dissipates slowly but completely. Aroma has earthy grains and toast notes with just a hint of grassy notes. Flavor has toast notes up front with growing earthy grains and a touch of grass in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes a clear reddish amber with a small biege head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is malt, caramel, and a bit of hops. A bit thin and a bit sweet. Pretty good.

Pours a clear amber color with an off white head. The aroma is biscuity malt, caramel and a hint of hops. The taste is sweet malt and caramel along with a touch of hops in the finish. It’s a touch on the watery side. The mouthfeel is light bodied with a good amount of carbonation
