On tap at Little Brewing, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out piney and citrusy hops, followed by biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Well-balanced and fresh. Like an American pale.

bottle from the prince of wales bottle-o in the junction. pretty frothy emerging from the bottle; lightly hazed amber; some pine and citrus in the aroma trails off pretty quickly; modest bitterness, clean but a little flat

330ml bottle. Pale amber / copper colour with an aggressive, whispy off white head which quickly subsided. On the second pour the head became denser and lasted well before reducing to a disc and left some very nice lace. Yeast lurking at the bottom of the bottle. Citrus hop aroma, with tropical fruit punch and a hint of pine resin. Light sweetness and light to medium bitterness. Medium body; smooth, creamy texture; average carbonation and lingering, chewy, bitterness in the finish. Not bad.

330ml bottle into glass. Caramel malt nose. Copper beer with thin off-white head. Flat and bitter in the mouth. Creamy bittersweet finish. Good, moreish. Perhaps too sweet and too brown for a pale ale but who cares?

On a recent trip to Australia I went through about 15 new beers, mostly Pale Ales, and this was my highest ranked Pale Ale. Hoppier than a lot of others but not as strong as an IPA so smoother on the palate and could easily knock a few down. well worth a try

Sunset orange colour with a few flecks of sediment and a large 3 finger rocky tan head that hangs around. Very floral and fruity aromas - perfume roses, tangerine, a little papaya and passionfruit - very inviting indeed. Fortunately, the taste isn?t too bad either. Reasonably sweet, with the tangerine, a little passionfruit, a bit of lightly toasted white bread and finishes with marmalade and then a light dryness. The light body helps make it easily drinkable and quite refreshing. Very good pale ale.

Pours amber to brown color with a medium head. Nice citrusy, hoppy, malty aroma. Strong malty body, tasting caramel, orange with a nice hoppy but not too bitter finish. Carbonation could be just a little bit stronger. All in all, very nice pale ale!

Very hoppy aroma with a slight malt hit. Cloudy amber colour with excellent head. Initial hit of caramel, then crisp bitter hops and a smooth finish. Medium to heavy body with medium carbonation.
