4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Massive citrus hops aroma, quite a surprise.
Pours amber, flat head.
Taste medium bitterness,
Being tasting so many average beers its good to get one above the average.
Oily Texture, Itís an abrupt finish, but enjoyable while it lasted.

First impression on opening, getting hit by cascade. Looks great in the glass; deep amber with creamy, persitant off white head. Cascade and caramel. Didnít notice the ABV. Good body, i really liked this one.

Great Copper to amber colour with beige head. Looks and smells enticing. Sweet citrus cascade hop aromas really spicey and delicious mmmmmmmm. Some caramel and coffee at the start then the citrus hops then a well rounded bitterness. All works well together and crafted extremely well. A top effort.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: MAR 17, 2012 330mL bottle pours golden with a creamy lasting head and an amazing sweet lemon/lime aroma. This is my re-rate of this beer and iím so glad i decided to try it again because its blowing me away. The sweet citrus flavours are backed by some quality malts. The best before on this bottle is 3.1.12 so iím guessing its only 1-2 months old.

Bottle. Good APA. Aromas of grass, and roasted malt. Taste has a sweet start, with bitterness taking over for a long finish. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Orange, with a frothy white head.

From a 330ml bottle on 4/1/2010. Pronounced malty, caramel aroma. Taste is also malty with a touch of grapefruit. Almost a little creamy, with a nice long hoppy finish. Very enjoyable.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle- Pours a a rich amber color with a good head that fades to nice lacing. Aroma of citrus and pine with some malt sweetness in the background. Taste of mild pine with an easy malt sweetness and bit of spice. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, smooth with a bit of character. Nicely balanced. A quality Pale Ale, good for a few. Worth checking out.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Toffee and biscuits and a underlying grippy grain with a bit of citrus. Long on the palate with plenty of depth. Nice ABV balance. An excellent small batch brew.
