COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Craft brewed in the true Belgian witbier style using 50/50 wheat and barley malts. Late kettle additions of dried curacao and coriander, and fresh yeast added prior to bottling, produces this naturally cloudy ale of distinction. Bottle conditioned.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with plenty of white head that laces the glass. Aroma of lemon and maybe a touch of coriander. Taste is crisp, carried by the slightly higher carbonation than I would expect. Sweet and a little yeasty with a slightly sour aftertaste. I like it a lot.

Tang orange concentrate, pepper, rust, cardboard, cheese and even a little milk waft up from the glass. The aroma is as dry as a chip with plenty of flavours to keep you sniffing for ages. There’s a milkiness to the palate too, while the flavour is predominantly orange citrus with hints of pear and more of that rusty flavour on the sides of the tongue. Drinking it was a little like being in a bar full of gangsters: I was expecting something terrible to happen, but it never did. A rollicking experience.

Poured a translucent light golden colour with a three-finger white sudsy head that collapsed a bit and initally produced a little suds-like lacing. High carbonation - lots of small bubble trails. Aroma of sweet malts. Tatse smooth and malty. Medium body. A beer to consume while chilled as it didn’t take long to warm and give a short slightly sour finish.

Pours light golden colour with white head. Sweet taste, low bitterness. Taste is a bit light on, but enjoyable beer.

A-- Cloudy pineapple color, almost opaque. Lots of small bubbles with this and a cotton ball white head. Got a good finger and a half of head and sticky lacking and nice sized bubbles in the head. S-- Faint orange and pineapple in this, a little dry so a bit of honey in this as well. Not nearly as orange as other types in this. Smells tropical after it gets warm and banana does come out after warming T-- Pineapple and orange in this but not as much orange as others. Has a bit of a sweet quality to this. Curacao and Coriander are very soft and almost hidden in this. Once it warms up lemon appears more. M-- Finishes quite dry. Also finishes a little sour after it warms up a bit. Well carbonated and fairly lively to me. Does get a bit of a pucker from the lemon but would like a little less pucker in this and more honey. D-- Not that great after it gets warm. Becomes too sour at that point. Cold it is pretty good. Like how it is more of a tropical version of a Wit. Good for a change of pace but not sessionable as it would get tiresome quickly and once warm this beer becomes too sour and too tropical. Worth trying and would be interested in trying on tap.

Bottle. natural cloudy, with hints of citrus and coriander spice. Nice wheat and malt profile. A decent version of a belgian wittier.

Eye: Golden cloudy beer, good head retention Nose: Subtle creamy malt nose with some lingering floral notes Palate: Smooth malty bitterness with gentle carbonation & subtle citrus vanilla aftertaste which is a good example of a Belgian Whitbeer. Recommend: High recommendation as it is a subtle beer that is a great accompaniment with salted chips, hot frits with mayo, hot or cold fish and shellfish.

Bottle 330ml from Dan Murphy’s. Tasty wheat beer. Aromas of bubblegum, with hints of caramel and hay. Taste is sweet, with light bitterness, and average length. Palate is oily, and medium bodied. Yellow, with a frothy head.

Pours a light golden colour and the aroma is citrus and prominent light malts. A very light bitter taste with hints of citrus and spice. I really dont like white beers so my review might be some what bias.
