2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 KeefOz (486) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - AUG 29, 2012
Poured a translucent light golden colour with a three-finger white sudsy head that collapsed a bit and initally produced a little suds-like lacing. High carbonation - lots of small bubble trails. Aroma of sweet malts. Tatse smooth and malty. Medium body. A beer to consume while chilled as it didn’t take long to warm and give a short slightly sour finish.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 mickmac (481) - Ngunnawal, AUSTRALIA - OCT 24, 2010
Bottle. Hazy light straw coloured body with a large white dense foamy head. Highly carbonated. Sweet floral aroma, with a modest coriander seed-floral taste. Slight acidity, with a slightly sweet finish. Light bodied.
2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Brenhophead (392) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - NOV 18, 2011
Pours a light golden colour and the aroma is citrus and prominent light malts. A very light bitter taste with hints of citrus and spice. I really dont like white beers so my review might be some what bias.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20 Mjollnir (367) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - JAN 3, 2010
330mL bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow and has a thick head with very good retention and a little lacing. Spicy and fruity (particularly citrus) aromas. Some volatile flavours, presumably from the Laraha. Minimal bitterness, no offensive flavours but a bit too sweet. This would be quite drinkable if it weren’t for the outrageous carbonation, and it’s otherwise quite light and thin.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Dervock (309) - Emu plains, AUSTRALIA - MAR 27, 2009
Bottle - Pours a cloudy yellow with a large head that dissipates quickly. Orange on the nose and very floral taste. Smooth slightly dry finsih.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Gramoit (283) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 20, 2011
A very good session beer and in my own opinion the best by a long way by The Little Brewing Company. Very easy to drink and quite easy to find in sydney.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 CQC (224) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - NOV 14, 2009
First thing I noticed was how fizzy this is. It’s not a soda it’s a Witbier. Anyhow, Very citrus and wheat - no surprises. Somehow seemed a bit thin. Then I reminded myself it Australian, so not a bad efffort really. It certainly looks the part with all the cloudiness required.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Nicko (191) - Ashfield, AUSTRALIA - JUN 26, 2009
Looks great in the glass, TLBC is good at that. Balanced coriander on the nose, oranges in the mouth.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 LesArgen (135) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 11, 2013
Tang orange concentrate, pepper, rust, cardboard, cheese and even a little milk waft up from the glass. The aroma is as dry as a chip with plenty of flavours to keep you sniffing for ages. There’s a milkiness to the palate too, while the flavour is predominantly orange citrus with hints of pear and more of that rusty flavour on the sides of the tongue. Drinking it was a little like being in a bar full of gangsters: I was expecting something terrible to happen, but it never did. A rollicking experience.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Mattburns (109) - USA - SEP 6, 2010
Poured golden and cloudy. Nice head. Plenty of lacing. Flowery aroma with citrus and hops. Flavor is pine, citrus and hops upfront with a sour finish. Plenty of carb which makes this a refreshing beer.
