In Belgium, monks brew what is known as table beer, or Belgian single, to quench their thirst throughout the workday. This ale is brewed in that tradition, pouring a straw yellow color with flavors of fresh croissant and apricot. This 4%abv ale is refreshing as they come. So grab a pint and remember, sometimes it’s nice to be a monk.

Nice looking pour from the brewery, hazy and light yellow with a lovely white head. This smells a bit better than Coors, and if I’m generous I’ll grant them the "croissant and apricot" notes. But taste is more sweet corn and slightly bready. Not horrible, but it seems less like a Belgian beer and more like their beer for the folks who don’t drink good beer. God knows Wicked Weed has built it and they have come in droves. Place was packed.
