4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This was my favorite from WW. Pours a hazy bright golden with a big white head. Nose of saison yeast and light tropical fruits, though I wouldn’t have suspected real fruit in the brew. Hay and wood and light funk. Taste adds a dry acetic quality and more wood, almost a bit closer to Chardonnay but much drier. Crisp and refreshing. I could drink this all day.

Bottle from the rotter. Nose is light fruit, tropical, citrus zest. Light hay and funkiness. Very clear pale yellow with a small white head. Taste is immaculately bland with just a faint tartness and a light acidity. Very thin, watery. Very disappointing flavor.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
The pour was a clear medium yellow with a small wispy white head. It possesses hints of a musty Brett yeast, tropical fruit (mango & papaya) and a touch of white wine. This brew has a nice tropical fruity taste upfront then sliding in is a slight vinous presence and a bit of funky sourness right at the end. All I can say I is YUM!!!
