Wicked Weed Saison I

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
6.3% abv and copper color. This farmhouse style ale was brewed with Orange and Lemon zest and fermented in our Open fermenter. The goal of these Saison style beers is to create a rustic feel that takes the drinker back to a time when life was simpler and beers were made with the ingredients on hand at the time. Seasonally we are coming into citrus season and this beer is about bringing to life that citrus flavor. It has a bright refreshing quality to it with a subtly tart finish. Lovely to pair with any oily or fatty food as the crisp dry flavors with punch through the oil.
