This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a uncarbonated transparent light orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of wheat fruity and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Pours a hazy brownish-orange on tap with thin off-white head and little to no lacing. Aroma of spice, earthy hop notes, bready malts, and slight bretty funk. Taste follows, but the malts are overtaken by the yeast and spice. A little to much spice for my palate, but it balanced well with the bison burger. Pretty decent.

Based on the description, I was expecting something darker, but this was more of an orange, and overall rather, I don’t know, rustic? Is that a fair description? Lots of grassy, woody flavor, plus a nice peppery finish. Nice brew!
