Saisons celebrate new seasons and change. We wanted to welcome the spring weather with a refreshing ale, so we added 200lbs of apricot purée and 42lbs of peach to this saison. At 5.2% alcohol, it’s an easy drinker and pairs great with warm weather and sunshine.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
My mother-in-law is awesome, so she got me four growlers from WW for my birthday. This one pours a hazy pale gold with a generous white head and accompanying lacing. Nose is bread, light summer fruits (peach and apricot). Some fresh wood and floral notes. Slight hop grass and citrus. Almost lager-like. Taste is delicate, fresh, and light. Apricot is definitely there, but not overly sweet. A dry, lemony tartness there too. Reminds me of Dogfish Head Festina Peche as much as anything.

Draught at brewpub. Lemon in flavor and slight aroma. Cloudy. Light body in taste. Not too strong an apricot taste.
