Draft sample at Wicked weed during RBWG. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have wheat malts, mild spices, banana, light citrus with mild bitterness to the finish. Decent starter beer for the day, but I was feeling the previous night a bit too much.

phaleslu (6807) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 24, 2014
Draft at the brewery for RBWG. Thanks for releasing this for us! Pours a bright, cloudy gold with white bubbles for a head. Notes of wheat, lemon, orange, florals, grass, straw, dough, crackers, and tea. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. I was a bit skeptical of a big wheat ale, but this was nice.

>> Poured clear golden with low foam. Very cold serving temp. Nose is yellow apple, phenol/plastic. Taste is sweeter yellow apple, mild grassy hop content, no alcohol. Palate is sweeter, lightly bitter. Okay, but one of the weaker offerings on tap today.

<!> serving temp too cold

RBWG14 Trip Rating #73. Draft at the downstairs taproom. 7500th Rating! Pretty bad-ass my 7500th gets to be the beer brewed specifically for Ratebeer by one of my favorite breweries. Woot! Pours a hazy orange color with a medium sized frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat, floral notes, yeast, herbal hops, spice. The taste is wheat, spice, floral notes, citrus, herbal hops, mild stone fruits and banana. Medium bodied, lingering spiciness. Nice!
