Poured from a 330 ml bottle.  Nice golden yellow colour and decent head, both in thickness and duration. A few bubbles rising. Smell is strong, of malts and hops, your typical pilsener aroma. Taste is also typical for a pilsener, with the right amount of bitterness.  Medium thickness in body and average carbonation. Overall a quite good beer.

Pours a clear, very pale yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma is light malt and some noble hops. Not much flavor up front or in the middle, transitioning to a long and dry hop flavor that lingers for a long time. Thin mouthfeel and light, soft carbonation. Overall, a fairly low quality European Pils that doesn’t have much to offer.

33cl orphaned bottle at the local Edeka, bb07/2014. Pours a light fizzy yellow, slightly grainy and sulphuric aroma. Drinkable, with the metallic and astringent palate all but ruining what could have been a decent enough run-of-the-mill hop extract pilsner with sharpish bitterness and some body.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig malzig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, malzig, leicht würzig.

Pale in colour, thick head .Strong floral hops in the aroma, only little barley malt. Dry and very bitter taste, light body. Sweet malty finish. Wicküler is a good example of a strongly hopped West-German Pilsener.

Clear yellow with small white foam head. Aroma is pilsener standard, quite some barley. Taste is normal pilsener. ( velp 201312)

The most surprising Pilsner to me! I´ve tested it years ago and was really astonished! A great, not to herbal, grassy and refreshing taste. It´s a brother of "Jever" Pilsner. The only difference between both seems the very hard, dry ending of Jever. Wicküler got a soften, malty ending, which is more enjoyable to me. Wicküler is priced 8,99 EUR for one case. The price-performance is FANTASTIC! Wicküler = highly recommended Pilsner!!

En helt almindelig pilsner, lys i smagen og en skarpe humlesmag. Ikke det helt store.

Clear golden, frothy white head disappears quickly, some lacing, sweet malty nose, bread, grain, grass, slight sweetness, medium bitter, light to medium body, average carbonation, crisp bitter finish
