COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A distinct blend of hops, malt and citrus fruits. The slightly sweet taste turns into a fine, dry bitterness with a lasting finish. Very moreish and an award winning classic ale.

Good session bitter. Good malty sweetness, balanced out with hops. Great light brown bitter, looks like a classic British pint.

Cask, handpump@ The Powder Monkey, Exmouth, Devon.
An attractive number; bright tawny amber with a compact, tight white crown of foam that lasts the length. Burnt toast, dust, old hops and wood on the nose, very soft, shortlived. Woody, smoky, matchstick and biscuity malt palate with drawn orange and lemon peel notes, dusty hops and a hint of iced tea. Drops of peppery but very short. no aftertaste despite the assertive malt flavours. Clean and light, the body is featherweight. An easy session beer, just doesn’t excite as I’d hoped.

Cask at The Radical Road. Pours a golden brown colour with a decent white head. Aroma of caramel, barley and treacle. Caramel and treacle flavours, mild carbonation and a long, dry and fruity linger of plums.

Deep golden pour with a bit of light white head. A bit of soft light herbal character. A bit thin but okay

I didn’t think this was bad, nice on the nose, sweet taste but very drinkable.
