Dec 24, 2007 Bottled. A golden beer with dark chunks of sediment floating around under a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also some fruit. The body is thin.

Jan 3, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Unfortunately a really explosive gusher. Nutty aroma. Light in body with notes of nuts and caramel and a dry, bitter finish. OK - and not infected as the gushing could have indicated. 191207

Cloudy amber color; exaggerated carbonation, giant head, creamy; turbolent perlage. Nice hop aroma, light, flowery; wood; carbonic acid. Not too heavy body, quite dry in the beginning, characterized by a woody sourness, leading to a balanced final, with quite a lot of hops (old hops?). Original for England, I found more examples of this one in Belgium and Switzerland.
