beerguy101 (3468), Newark, California, USA Nov 17, 2004 Tasted at the 2004 Bistro Hop Fest. Light gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is hoppy and floral. A medium bodied lager. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are floral and crisp. Very slight bitterness. Crisp. Light and refreshing. Nice lager. The hop flavors shine through, they are kind of subtle, but they are there. Nice. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. argo0 (6145), Washington DC, USA Nov 15, 2004 Clear apple juice body topped by off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, some pine, light caramel. Taste is medium sweet, honey, citrus, limited bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with a light-to-medium body. Taste yielded some spicyness along with the fruitiness Clean finish. Unique, wet hopped lager. BuckNaked (1195), Tempe, Arizona, USA Nov 14, 2004 Bright, pale golden yellow, some orange tints, clear. Aroma: light fresh hops, citrus, fruit, peppery lager yeast. Light bodied, thin mouthfeel. Taste: Citrus, berries, light fruits, fresh hops, lemon, grass. The hops die out towards the finish. jeffc666 (1820), Fairfax, Virginia, USA Nov 12, 2004 Sparkling clear amber-gold with a decent dense white head. Very citrus-fruity aroma. Also lots of berry. Interesting flavors that clsoely mirror the aroma, citurs, berries, and all that, but it really falls flat about half way through. THis flatness carries over to the palate, which is very soft and borderline watery.
