Pours a slightly hazy orange/light Copper color with a decent head. Aroma is onion citrucy. Taste follows the aroma with a bit of spices. Pretty good for the price $3 a bomber medium mouth feel.

355 ml bottle bought at Soho Wines & Spirits in Sai Wan.

Transluclent golden orange colour with no yeast sediments; Half finger head and soapy off-white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Small sticky lacing with notable carbonation; Quite fragrant and sweet aroma of ale malt, with light grapefruit, honey, floral, molasses, light pine and yeast; Close to light sweet taste of ale malt, with light nuts, faint grapefruit, light molasses notes, light pine, biscuits, yeast, light lime, light bitter hops and quite sharp grass; Mid to light body. Quite dry and slick palate; Mouth feel is combo Ale and Munich maltyness - light sweet, nutty and slightly roasty. Very low citrus and molasses. Fair pineyness. Notable yeasty biscuits, and subdued lime and grass. So-so… Hoppiness is floral, honey, light grapefruit and piney nose. Pine, lime, minimal citrus and grassy taste. Bitterness is low by APA standard, for a lasting low-fi bitter-sweet finish; Quite dry after taste. Nutty and light bitter to mouth.

Comments: This is just an easy-going APA , with decent Ale & nutty Munich maltyness, but its hoppiness is too lightweight and wimpy for the beer to be taken seriously. Good for meals and watching football, simply run of the mills.

22 FL.OZ ($3.99) This is quickly becoming one of my favorite beers. Hard hitter that’s got lots flavor. Definitely a 2nd round beer and not something you want to drink all night as I can imagine this is a hangover maker.
