UPDATED: AUG 16, 2014 Pour is orange, aroma is fruity and a bit punget, low carb, vast vanishing head, extremely strong resin piney hopping with no room for malt sweetiness, this beer could use some citrus note to balance the resin flavors, pretty drinkable.

Reddish amber light body with some white head, quickly fading and nice lacing. Pine and resin and bit fruity aroma. Taste is slightly hoppy, a touch of fruit juice and cereal but pretty subdued. Not bad.

Distinctive tea nose. Hazy copper, medium lacy head. Tea and dried leaves flavor, fairly dry, minimal astringency, low bitterness. Mild hop profile, serviceable as an amber, lacking as an APA. Session APA? No, let’s just call this an amber.

355ml bottle, bottled january 2014. Pours a beautiful copper with a fine, creamy light beige head. Despite being too old some fruity hoppiness is still present in the nose along with some caramel. Taste is moderately sweet malts with no fruits at all but still with some herbaceus notes from the hops. Have to try this fresher.

Apricot fruit and light bread malt aroma. Malty flavor: bread, toast, light caramel. Fruity hops are less prominent in the flavor. Earthy, and a little pepper.
