Bottle at recent college tasting. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is some caramel, some grapefruity hops, some pine, and some mild citrus character. Flavor is similar- leaning towards the grapefruit hops, but some nice malt in there as well. Overall, a nice pale at 5.8%.

A nice APA, not too malty. Crisp and clean.

Apricot fruit and light bread malt aroma. Malty flavor: bread, toast, light caramel. Fruity hops are less prominent in the flavor. Earthy, and a little pepper.

This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance had a decent hazy pale orange color with a one finger white foamy head. It lasted about a good minute before dieing gratefully into the body and left some hanging leftovers of lacing. The smell had a bright citrusy arrangement of fruits such as light grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Some light caramel malts present themselves as it warms. The taste was bittersweet all the way through and balances a nice crisp blend of malts to hops. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability allowing just a tad of sharpness on the tongue. Overall, I say this was a good APA well worthy of having again.

The brew is an amber orange color with a small white head. There is limited lacing. There is a honey, molasses and fruit scents with yeast. It has a sweet taste with molasses and honey notes, combined with malts. It has a unique sweet finish with a tinge of bitterness. It comparison with other APA’s it has a unique taste that is different from the hoppy character.

This was an o.k. pale ale. It was a tad too bitter/sour for my liking. Otherwise the hoppiness and "paleness" were all there.

Rather clear pour with a medium quick disappearing head. Aroma is fruity and piney hops, fresh and rather nice actually. Taste is clouded by a metallic side aroma, but otherwise it's ok. A bit on the light side, but drinkable and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty good pale ale. The balance is impressive. Has a nice caramel and biscuity base with some mild fruit and floral hops. Tried with Jess, Mark, and Matt at the DC brewfest in 2014.

Poured from bottle. Malty aroma. Golden amber with tan head. Has Amber ale notes with a piney citrus hop presence. Sort of a hybrid amber ale and pale ale. Not bad.
