Dec 12, 2008 12 oz. bottle purchased at QFC in Mukilteo, WA. Pours a great looking amber color with a light tan colored head. Aroma: Sweet malts and medium hops. Flavor: Sweet, with hints of grapefruit and hops.

Dec 11, 2008 Wonderful looking amber color with a warm red tinge and tan head. Pleasantly piquant mix of hops and candi malts prick the nostrils. Candi malts and easy hopped flavor Decent mix of bitter and sweet that completely covers and suspicion of alcohol. Some warmth on the finish.

Dec 9, 2008 Picked this up as part of a winter sampler at the Eden Prairie liquor store. I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Poured amber with a tan head. Fruity, citrus aroma. Some bitterness. Nice balance between caramel, malt and grapefruit hops. Notes of citrus, orange peel and perhaps a hint of honey. I will definitely give this a try again.

Dec 7, 2008 had at the end of the night at the Gingerman, --Novemember to rememeberer!! pours with a great head, dark golden syrup colour .. nice hop presence.. a surprising brew here .. nice hoppiness, not over done, nice hint of sweetness.. brrr!

Dec 5, 2008 Pours cloudy amber color with small white head. Pretty good lacing. Aroma of sweet malts and hops. Initial sweet with a fairly bitter hoppy finish.

Dec 3, 2008 Amber with a nice off white head. Aroma is pretty hoppy, pine, light citrus. Taste is fairly hoppy with a light background maltiness and caramel. Sticky.

Dec 1, 2008 Mighta given it a better rating, but it’s a tad non-traditional. Nevertheless, a fine product indeed. Nice hoppy nose, not so much malt. More similar to a pale ale in style. Hazy amber color highlighted with orange and red. Flavor is great. Grapefruit is strong but not persistant. Some earthy characteristics.. A session beer for sure.
