3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. bottle served in shaker- poured a transparent light brown color with a tint of maroon, white head became a small ring around the glass, medium carbonation that quickly died out. Aroma of earth, grass, and light grain. Hits the mouth with a high-light body, malt can get a little lost, light caramel and hop cresent in the middle, finish is tangy with a hint of grass. Not too shabby.

Light and simple aroma, but it’s pleasant enough. Good quaffing balance. Overall better than usual for this brewery.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from union beer house. Pours a darker golden color. Aroma of cidery malt. Taste is grassy and floral with hops with an incredibly crisp finish. No lingering bitterness and not overly malty either. I like it. I would get a sixtel of this.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle. clear amber body with a small white head, quickly diminishing but with lasting lacing. starchy oat and rye bread and seedy malt and raw wort aroma with notes of DMS , corn, sulfur, dirty dishrag, dried peach and apricot esters and vegetable-stew American hops. medium-light body, light sweetness, medium bitterness. very sourish malt with a starchy and husky graininess and raw celery and cooked leafy greens. I don’t see how this sort of beer would be appealing to people.
