Another great spring ale. Pours amber. Grainy mild hoppy grass and floral nose. Flavors of lemons and grains. Has a dry and refreshing finish. Nothing outstanding, but clean.

Pours a dirty looking soft amber with one finger of creamy off white head. The aroma is very malt driven with sweet dextrinous bready notes. Lightly spicy hop notes show as well. Muddled malt flavors show through in the flavor. Lots of body, super malty finish.

Appearance is a little weak, little head and almost no lacing, despite a rough pour. Color is copper/tan and clear. Aroma is toasted, caramel, bready, nutty, with a little bit of hops. Flavor has a nice maltiness, bready and nutty, some caramel, a little citrus and some light hops. Carbonation is pretty mild and body is fairly light with a slightly slick finish. Pretty tasty, not fantastic but once you get past the lack of a head it’s not a bad beer.

Clear amber with an off-white head. Light bready and grassy aroma. Malty taste. Easy drinking, nothing fancy, but certainly not bad.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Meh, this one is ok. Loads of grass and hay. A little yeast in there too. Drinkable, but nothing to seek out.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber-orange with a fine-grained ecru head that dissapates quickly. Soft nose with yeast, malt, and light floral notes predominate. Round and fruity on the palate, with a slight savory edge -- think salted caramel, albeit mildly. Finishes long and complex. Not bad at all.

light copper/gold pour with little head - aromas of pine and mostly light grapefruit - flavors of grass/pine with a lingering wheat

The aroma is spicy, grassy, earthy. The appearance is clear gold, white head. The flavor is like the aroma, spicier than expected, sweet. The finish is spicy, flowers. Medium in body. Pretty good.

Sampled at the W&C Ballas open house. It poured a caramel brown color with a white head. The aroma was of sweet caramel and overall very mild. The taste was mild with caramel sweetness and mild hops. Decent.

Pours amber with a white head. Aroma of grass, caramel malts, hay, some tart-ness (?). Not bad, not good.
