12 oz bottle, Whole Foods Columbus. Red-copper; small head dissipates to a tiny ring. Aroma toast, caramel, nuts; a little fruity and peppery. Flavor malt, caramel, a little grainy; pretty clean; light but sharp bitter finish. Medium-thin body; barely sticky on the lips; medium coarseness, lively carbonation. Unremarkable but well done in the style.

Bottle. This beer pours a deep rich copper red with a slightly offwhite head. A sweet caramel nose has some dust and pecans. There is also bread crust. This tastes of caramel and English walnuts. There is also some hay. The body is smoothly carbonated. This is a well made beer.
