Brewed special for the 2002 OBF. The potatoes present a fruity aromatic profile thanks to Simcoe hops. The beer finish dry, but bitterness is keep to 25 IBU.

Light gold color, A medium bodied beer brewed with potatoes. Sort of lager-ish is style. Not very hoppy. Good flavor, kind of mild. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is smooth and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. No alcohol bite despite being 7.2%. Interesting beer. Donít think it has any mass market commercial possibilities, but its an awesome festival beer.
