3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Quite impressed. Hoppy but not overwhelming, the hops really stand out. Citrusy taste, definitely taste grapefruit. Widmer succeeds because this beer isn't over the top.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Moderate carbonation flatten rapidly in this orange amber selection. Musty aroma translates to flat hopped tasted with a soapy finish.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Not sure exactly what is missing here but this is one boring brew. Lacks flavor/character. If the objective was to make an ale that would not offend the Budmilloors crowd they have done it!!!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light amber color. Medium head. Aroma is malty. A light bodied amber. Malts are nutty and slightly sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Kind of a lighter flavored amber. Very drinkable, but somewhat lacking in flavor. What flavor there is is nice, but it needs to be turned up a notch. I am probably being a little critical, it a drinkable amber, light and refreshing. Don’t really notice the lactose (milk sugar). Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
slight spritziness intermixed in the hoppy aroma, blah light orange color, weak body, malty with veggie hoppiness

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Color is a pretty light orange-amber with light head and speckled lace. Aroma is extremely light, but has fruity tones as advertised. Slight fruitiness combines with bright but subtle hops to produce a spritely taste for an amber. Carbonation is kept light. The finish is slightly dry and quite clean. The body is medium-light and the overall feel is very smooth here, perhaps influenced by the presence of lactose. I prefer a bit more overall substance in ambers, but this one is purposefully on the light side, and Widmer substantially succeeds in this mission to produce a quaffable, smooth amber...Very drinkable...
