This is often my saving grace at bars. I prefer it over a Sierra Nevada. Overall pretty light and nothing fantastic, but itís pretty good with the lemon. cloudy yellow with a good head. beats most alternatives when youíre at a bar. Not fantastic, but itís safe.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy yellow pour, decent head. Nose is yeast and wheat. Slightly sweet.. Middle is bready, hint of citrus. Finish is dry and still a little bready. I will admit that I like the German hefe versions better.

Hazy orange, small unstable, airy white head. Caramely aroma with fruity hop notes. Flavour has citric bitterness, light caramel. Mouthfeel is light, rather watery. Dry and bitter finish. Too American, not much of a Hefe. Not very interesting.

Very cloudy, light orange pour with suspended sediment. My first "American" Hefeweizen and besides the appearance, doesnít at all resemble the German hefeweizens Iím familiar with. The fruit & spicy aromas & flavors are very light and barely there at all. The flavor is more of a bitter bland with some lemon and an unusual, I donít know what. Pretty boring but drinkable & thirst quenching. My bottle indicates September 2014, which Iím not sure if that means best by date or brew date. Iím thinking this is past its prime and this is what I get for drinking this beer out of season.

bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Hazy medium orange amber with a good 1/2" off-white head, streaks of lace. Taste is wheat and malt that moves toward mild hops early. Hops carry through a short finish. More of a light ale than a Hefe, but it is thirst-quenching and easy drinking.

A good standard to judge other beers in the class. I recall it being better when there was less competition in the segment. Someone, some beer has to fall into the average.

I didnít hate this one. Probably should be rated higher than 34. Could use a stronger wheat character, but was refreshing. On par with most mass produced beers out there, but not craft beer quality.

This is definitely a summer beer to quench your thirst. If youíre dehydrated ... and there is no water ... and you are literally dying.

Tap. Hazy yellow orange pour with minimal head. Wheat, grain, delicate and soft. Some spice and citrus. Body and carbonation are medium. Short and watery and wheat finish. Not bad

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
"Hazy, dark gold color and basically no head. Very delicate, sweet aroma of hops and wheat malts. Taste is also sweet and delicate; mostly wheat, hay, grains. Medium body, velvet texture, and almost flat carbonation. Like the rest of the beer the finish is soft and somewhat watered down." Yes... I agree 100%... except I really enjoyed this since I donít normal care for Hefe/Wheat Ale.
