Loosen your lederhosen. Our full-bodied OKTO Festival Ale is inspired by Bavarian Oktoberfest, and we pay fitting tribute with its distinctive malt flavors, mild floral character and crisp clean finish. Prost! To the land of the Prost!

Fairly mild oktoberfest ale? Nose is mild bready with some light floral notes. Pours a light copper color with a thin off-white head. Flavor profile starts with some sweet malt, caramel and is cleaned up nicely with a refreshing, mostly dry finish. Medium bodied with a lively mouthfeel. Finish is clean and short.

Very good oktoberfest. Sweet, fruity aroma. Nice golden color, but would have liked it to be a bit more redish. Sweet, yeasty taste. Nice clean palate. Overall good, but not outstanding.

Lite för mycket askkoppssmak för att vara en fullpoängare. Nja, den här passar jag på i framto.

Appearance: pours a sudsy 2” cream colored head that recedes slowly with moderate lacing. Color is a clear amber with moderate carbonation streaming. Aroma: rich yeast bread malts, caramel, and some floral hop. Mouthfeel: light bodied, crisp, with a mostly dry finish. Flavor: caramel and toffee are dominate, with a bit of nuttiness as well. Bread dough and enough hop bite for some balance. Overall: well done and appropriate to the style.

Bottle. Amber colour, filtered clear. Malty, slight murky, nose. Somewhat clean lagery, but strange. I was expecting a lagered beer, but I’m not really sure about this one. Seems too wild. And too much of greeny hops popping up to be really fest-like, to be drunk in masses. A bottle of this is fine, but liters wouldn’t do. Not sure what style this tries to be, but fails horribly.

Bottled. Pours amber in color with a small off-white head. Bready malty and nuttyness in aroma. A bit bland, but some burnt malts and nuttyness is present in taste.
