Loosen your lederhosen. Our full-bodied OKTO Festival Ale is inspired by Bavarian Oktoberfest, and we pay fitting tribute with its distinctive malt flavors, mild floral character and crisp clean finish. Prost! To the land of the Prost!

Poured into a tulip glass. A copper color with a finger of white head that shortly broken down with some good lacing. Smells of honeysuckle, grapefruit and mandarin. It tastes like lemon, hops and a hint of soap. I have tried three different bottles in three different glasses and they all taste like this. Maybe it is the style, but the soap taste is a bit off-putting. Moderate carbonation and medium bodied. I cannot get over the taste.... but it smells so good.

Poured a bright clear amber. Your standard malts and grains but unremarkable otherwise

On tap. Served an amber color with a head that fades to bits of lacing. Aroma of malt sweetness, bit of caramel and grain. Taste of malt sweetness and caramel with a touch of grain and citrus. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Moderate body, smooth but a bit short on malt character.

(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly toasty nose with notes of dried apricots, orange, toffee, nuts and rye bread. Malty taste with toffee, dried apricots, caramel, candy sugar, orange, rye bread and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a chewy malt character. Quite nice.

Pours amber with a bit of sudsy off-white foam. Aroma is vegetal (cooked veggies), cereal malt, a bit floral, and muted citrus. Taste is caramel/toffee, cooked veggie, cereal malt, herbal, and a bit of orange hard candy. Light-med body. Meh.

I get a heavy grainy aroma followed by a sweet malt in this hazy deep orange brew with almost no head. This brew has that german aroma maybe caused by the yeast. Very earthy amd sweet almost like honey sweet in this medium bodied brew. For an october fest not too bad. Worth a try.

MIld honey nose, some dried leaves. Cloudy amber, thin head. Honey on the front end, dried leaves on the back. Medium body, easily sessionable. Not a lot of oompf, but that probably wasn’t the intent.

Light brown beer, fizzy. Mellow aroma of floral and malt. Taste is moderate and pleasant... somewhat sweet. Good beer.
