COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Loosen your lederhosen. Our full-bodied OKTO Festival Ale is inspired by Bavarian Oktoberfest, and we pay fitting tribute with its distinctive malt flavors, mild floral character and crisp clean finish. Prost! To the land of the Prost!

Crystal clear copper color with a white head. Sweetness and roasted malt aroma. Fairly dry with a caramel malt and husk flavor that seems a little stronger than you’d expect in a traditional Oktoberfest. Light and balanced hop bitterness in the finish and a very nice aftertaste that’s more reminiscent of Oktoberfest. Not exactly to the Geman style for this beer, but a tasty beer none the less.

Has some light malt and some nice caramel scents. Taste is similar to the scent, aftertaste is a little bland and some copper. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a beautiful autumn rust orange. Head was minimal, but fine bubbles and persistent. Aroma is light but malty in character. Flavor is malty sweet with a spicy edge. Body is a little on the heavy side, with a slick feel to it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: pours a sudsy 2” cream colored head that recedes slowly with moderate lacing. Color is a clear amber with moderate carbonation streaming. Aroma: rich yeast bread malts, caramel, and some floral hop. Mouthfeel: light bodied, crisp, with a mostly dry finish. Flavor: caramel and toffee are dominate, with a bit of nuttiness as well. Bread dough and enough hop bite for some balance. Overall: well done and appropriate to the style.

Pours a darker shade of amber. Aroma is dry and bready with hints of what taste like saaz hops. Flavor is more sturdy than most oktoberfest. A bit more flavor overall. Definitely solid.

Bottle @ home picked up @ Wilbur’s Foco. Pours a dark rust orange appearance with an off white head. Caramel, toasted malty, slightly floral, herbal hoppy aroma. A little chewy malty, light bubblegum, a bit zesty yeasty, caramel flavor. Pretty decent beer.

Aroma is bread, fruit and a hint of good malts. The flavor is fruit, light bread notes, malts and a tart finish. Essentially an Oktoberfest with ale yeast, pretty good.

Bottle: Clear red colour, with a nice creamy head. Aroma is dominated of sweet maltynes caramelly, some vanilla, and citrus. Flavor had a creamy sweetmalty mouthfeeling, medium body, medium fruity/sweetmalty finish!
