(22oz bomber thanks to mora2000) clear gold with no bubbles. Nose of bubblegum, grass, sweet, cotton candy, and sweet fruit. Taste of grass, cotton candy, sweet, bubblegum, just a really sweet, undercarbonated beer.

On tap @ Cafť Amsterdam. Clear yellow/orange with a white head and some lacing. Aroma is lots of artificial lemon with some fruity wheat and light mustiness. Flavor is lightly tart with some citrus peel bitterness and sugary sweetness. Light body with average carbonation. Decent but couldnít drink too much of this.

4/13/2012. From a 22 oz. bomber. Golden color with a white head. Herbal, citrusy and grassy aromas. A little acidic and tart, but refreshing and easy to drink.

Bomber poured a clear gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, lemon and light white grapes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of wheat, lemon and white grapes with a smooth lingering lemongrass finish.

Dark yellow, not much head or carbonation. Aroma has a light of citrus leading into some sweet citrus flavors in the drink - almost a creamy caramel behind it all. Not big on this one - and Iíve had lemongrass beers that Iíve enjoyed.

Pours an orange-y yellow color. Aroma has no punch especially when you get that first sip that is a big hit of grape followed by notes of citrus and the spice side-effect of the lemongrass. It is growing on me. Probably better really cold.

Babyfood pear aroma with hints of cayenne pepper. My son called it a really weird Texas Pete smell. Clear amber, headless. Whole overripe orange flavor with hints of sage. Lemongrass appears toward the end. Ends with a peppery bite, again like hot sauce. Full bodied, a bit too sweet. Iím trying not to show a bias against Widmer and imagined this being another one of Dogfish Headís "off-centered ales", but I didnít find much enjoyment in it.
