COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Using rich Mexican chocolate nibs, cinnamon, toasted pecans, and green chilies, this brew will feature decadent chocolate notes with a subtle spice character to pique the taste buds. A complex blend of traditional southwest flavors brought to you by way of the Northwest.

Bomber from Country Club Liquors. Nose is light chilies, cocoa, and some nutty roast. Clear brown with a medium beige head. Flavor is a very lightly peppery warmth, chocolate, and chilies. Finishes lightly warm. Decent but not great.

I was a little scared by the mix of ingredients but this beer really comes together. The aroma foretells the spice and toast notes that come in strong on the flavor. Spicy without numbing. This would have been great for Thanksgiving.

Bottle from Total Wine, Sacramento. Pours near black with a decent tan head and a chocolate and hot pepper aroma. There is a rich chocolate and treacle flavor with a fairly hot peppery finish.

On tap at Gingerman after our our bar crawl through Brooklyn. Pours a clear ruby tinged brown with a thin to medium sized beige head. Light roast, cocoa. Light sweetness, roast, cocoa. Too sweet, a little bit one dimensional. Sweet warming alcohol into the finish.

Bomber. Pours dark brown with a small white head. Light slightly malty chocolate nose.Taste is a bit sweet/sugary to start, with a spiciness and hotness that comes toward the end. Alcohol kick is noticeable. A bit viscous and sticky. A myriad of styles but not married to any one style. Interesting.

The aroma is sweet and chocolaty with toasted malt, peppers, and nuts. The appearance is dark brown with a small head. The taste is like the aroma with a sight bit of heat. The palate is smooth. Overall not great but very decent.

It's very malty with a bit of nuttiness. Has a tea like flavor with a soft palate and it packs a punch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Whole Foods, Santa Rosa taproom. I am a chile fan so I enjoyed this. Lots of heat in the finish. Creamy. Roasty aroma.

I smell the nutty chocolate flavor but not much of it nor anything else. The color is a dark brown color with a white head. A full bodied chocolately nutty flavor. Almost like a chocolate milk flavor. You can taste the alcohol flavor a bit anf its a bit bitter and almost spicy (hot) on the after taste. Overall its worth a try. A good beer
