Glen Falconer was passionate about friends, familly, and great IPAs. So in tribute, we’ve created an IPA worth of this master brewer. Made with Falconer’s Flight hops from Hopunion, LLC, a blend named for Glen himself. The result is a bright, moderately bitter IPA with stonefruit aromas and a strong malt backbone. We think Glen would approved. Proceeds from the sale of Falconer’s Flight hops go to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, providing scholarships to professional and aspiring brewers. In addition, Widmer Brothers Brewing is making a donation to grant two additional scholarships. Learn more at www.glenfalconerfoundation.org. Prost! To true hop heads.

Pours a blood orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet and hop, with emphasis on the earthy. Taste is earthy as well, with plenty of the citrus sour from the hops. Ends a little stale from too much sweet.

Pours a golden amber color with a decent off white head that dissipates slowly to a cap. Smells of spice, pine, and citrus with a bready biscuit malt back bone. The flavor is sweet bready malt with a nice hit of resinous and grapefruit hop flavor with a solid shot of hop bite. Medium body with a light to moderate level of carbonation and a sweet resinous slick mouthfeel. Not a bad IPA and better than I expected from this brewery.

Draft. Poured clear dark amber color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Solid smooth complex hop and small sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew

~Fruity aroma of blackberry and citrusy grapefruit along with some resinous pine. Bready biscuity malt in background with light caramel. ~Pours clear amber color with lasting dense off white head. ~Bitter resinous pine flavor through out. Wish there was more fruitiness to balance it out. Bready malts in background. ~Medium bodied, medium co2, piney long lasting finish. ~ Really enjoyed the aroma. Could pick out different hop nuances. The flavor gets muddled and a bit one dimensional. Still enjoyable, but with all the other great IPA’s I won’t be buying this one.

Bottle Pours clear dark orange with thick fast dissipating white head. Aroma is citrus, seems like oranges. Hoppy coated full flavour with a malt back bone. Still something didn’t quite gel, but it is still well worth trying.

Sample at Saddle Rock in Wenatchee, WA. The beer is a hazed copper-amber color with a medium ivory white head that evaporates quickly. Short strings of lacing. Floral hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and caramel malt. The finish is hoppy with a short fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Amber. Just off white head. Citrus and pine on the nose. grapefruit, apricot, and tangerine hints. The finish leaves alot of flavor on the tongue. Decent and worth trying.
