We’re turning things deliciously upside down with an aggressively hopped cold-fermented brew that brings together the clean crisp finish of a lager with the hoppy aroma and character of an IPA. PROST! To turning convention on its head.

Very well done ale, beautiful appearance wit thick frothy head and lots of thick lacing. Aroma is citrus and hops.. taste is primarily hops with a small malt backbone. Finish is sharp and tangy...a sipper (be prepared for the hops bite)

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a small quickly dissipating white head. Hoppy head and bitter aftertaste but very boring and mild inbetween.

Draft light clear golden. Nose pine hop, some citrus. Taste grapefruit bite up front, some pine hop. Mid palate malt. Bitter finish. Nose makes up for the light color.

355mL. Clear golden pour. Thicker cream foam. Great lacing. Nose is bright hoppy, better than expected with fresh grapefruit and orange peel. Taste is similar citrus hops with good bitterness and decent mouthfeel. Mouthfeel is juicy, clean, small alcohol and small biscuit. Aftertaste is a tad too chalky, slate.

355ml bottle (St. Urho’s, Helsinki)
Amazing perfumey aroma. Not particularly brilliant, but certainly pleasant and definitely attention-grabbing. Anna gets a bit of sorachi ace, but she might have a piece of coconut stuck up her nose. Mid orange, small tight head. Simple smooth palate, sweetish, but crispened a little by a prickle of carbonation. Simple sweet malts, juicy, seems to be a widmer fingerprint. Sweet, but that very drinkable. Hops again perfumey, but not as much as the aroma. Finish has both the aromatic fruity hops and the bitter dry resiny aspects too. Drinkability so high. Beer was made for drinking, therefore this is good beer.

On tap at Tipsy Boar, Hollywood, Florida, pours an orange gold clear color with no head Nose is fresh peaches. Taste is light and full of citrus , predominately peaches. Finish is short and dry and ends on the same fruit notes. Not a lager drinker, but quite surprised by the descent taste. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Draught at the Tapwerks Bricktown, Oklahoma City, OK. Shared with deyholla.
Clear golden colour with a small white head. Lagery aroma with malt and mild hops. Belgian style yeastiness, moderate bitterness and hops in the flavour. Drinkable.

Pours a clear, golden yellow with a thinner, yet lingering, white head. The aroma is more mild, with lemon, pine, and floral hops. Taste picks up from the weak aroma. Lemon and pine remain, but are complimented with orange, caramel, more of an herbal hoppy flavor, and mild spices. It has tart impressions throughout and is a bit bitter. Aftertaste is lemon, orange, and faint pine. Medium bodied, slick in texture, with average carbonation. Kind of refreshing upon drinking. This one isn’t bad.
