3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle... Poured hazy, golden with a mild forming head. Nose was odd. A little sulfur and fish notes. Taste fine though. Hoppy and bitter with citrus and a clean finish. Low sweetness and yeast notes with some added breadiness to balance the resinous hoppy tones.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
From bottle. Clear golden color with lasting white head. Intense aroma of floral and citrus. Citrus hop flavor with a nice smoothness from the lagering. Not my favorite IPL, but a good one. Hope more breweries start making this style.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Crisp and easy to drink. Malt flavors are clean, slightly toasty, lightly sweet (bread and caramel). Hops are very green, grassy and floral. Balanced bitterness. Hop aromas are pleasant, though a bit restrained (hay, grass). I’m digging the IPL trend; just brewed one myself, in fact.

The bottle says it’s an IPA. This website says Lager. If I am not mistaken, the "Rotator" series of beers are all IPA’s, so I trust Widmer over Ratebeer.

I doubt this should have been entered in as an IPA, but I couldn’t pick out a style that made better sense. Please feel free to change it... Cheers, Toby.
Picked up tonight at the COOP for about $1.50... Pours a very clear golden.. nice white head leaves a lot of nice lacing.
Nose is clean hops with a tad bit of malt... little else... hops are spicy/grassy and a bit of orange zest.
Flavor mirrors the nose but lacks the bitterness of an IPA.... a nice clean hop flavor .. no ale fruitiness which is honestly a little bit odd IMO.
Body is light/carbonation good... very very drinkable.
I will tear these up once the Boise heat comes.
