Bottled. Black with brief head. Aroma of licorice and vanilla. Fairly sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Very roasty. With it’s clean mouthfeel and light body it feels more like a sharp dark ale than a creamy milk stout. A bit prototypic and simplistic.

Bottled (thanks kenb!). Black colour, not much head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and some nuts. Flavour is roasted malts, flowery hops and some caramel. Feels a bit unbalanced.

Bottle. Sweet choclate and some smoky bacon. Roasty finish, but a bit sweet, pretty soft palate.
