COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Widmer Brothers is showcasing the Tea Maker hop from Goschie Farms in the Willamette Valley. This is a zero alpha hop, thus imparting a subtle tea-like aroma with a soft malt sweetness. Notes of berries and fruit complement a nice ester profile.

Golden amber in color, Great hops and malt aroma. Big floral and spice in the nose. The flavor had roasty malt along with a good amount of hops. The hops gave of that floral and grapefruit flavor. This was a extra pale ale from what I can tell and it was tasty.

[2943-20100625] Sample. Wet dog hair aroma has some mild garbage can and apple notes. Clear, yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. Hint of sour tang in the flavour with a long apple aftertaste. Light-medium body. Not to my tastes but fine.

2010-06-25. Crisp yellow body with a small white head. Hoppy aroma, sweet fruity citrus, muted pale malts. 6+ Flavour has pleasant hops, citrus, lemon, moderate bitterness throughout. Average palate. Pleasant. On Tap at Widmer Gasthouse, Portland.

Tap @ Organic Brewers Fest... Poured golden, straw yellow with a white head. Aroma smelt like a sweaty ass. Tasted much better though. Clean, low bitterness. Fruity flavors and a milky character too. Not very noteworthy.
