COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 6 different hop varieties and 3 different grains, including wheat, Upheaval will be a fitting tribute, not only to the bold Northwest-style IPA, but to Kurt and Rob Widmer’s unapologetic attitude in legacy of innovation.

From the trembling madness in York, a good hoppy ale. Plenty of hops but not over done. Citrusy / fruity

Golden brown pour, foamy offwhite head. Brilliant looking. Great aroma of grapefruit and grass, flavor is fresh and bitter, grass, citrus, and caramel. Medium body, fresh slightly sticky finish. Delightful.

Poured a hazy amber colour with an inch of white head thay left thin lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramel, and floral hops. Bordering on bubblegum scent. Taste is a gentle mix of bitter sweet malts and hops. Chewy medium bodied brew with light carbonation. Reminds me of Space Cake, a bit.

Bottiglia 35.5cc. Colore ambrato torbido. Odore ricco, floreale, erbaceo, agrumato, molto intenso. Appena percepibile il sapore del malto, arriva subito l’aggressione dei luppoli che confermano i sapori dell’aroma, con un amaro deciso e molto lungo.

Pours rather unclear blonse ok white head. Smell is sweet, grains. Some hops, mostly bitter, bit aromatic. Taste is bitter, corny maltyness ( the kind i like) balanced hoparoma ( orange, bit pine) . Nice one, yet not unique

Bottle @The Oak Barrel, Helsinki.
Hazy amber color, small white head. Citrus, bread and yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Citrusy, piney bitterness. Somewhat malty ipa. Decent but needs to be rated fresh.

Impenetrable cloudy dull gold, thin white head, looks a bit flat; aroma is great, like a bucket of sweet, stewed oranges; taste is bitter, piny, hoppy tropical fruit; finish is nice: crisp, orange fruit, pith and twigs, like the whole tree has been crushed up, and with a pleasing dryness; liked it.
