Brewed with 6 different hop varieties and 3 different grains, including wheat, Upheaval will be a fitting tribute, not only to the bold Northwest-style IPA, but to Kurt and Rob Widmerís unapologetic attitude in legacy of innovation.

12 oz bottle bought from Trader Joes in Salem OR $1.35 Pours a pale orange colour with a large, thick off white head. Fkoral, resiny hop aromas mainly but with strong aroma or caramel malts and maybe some wheat. Like. Smooth yet very hoppy taste..resin and floral in aspect.. Good smooth thick mouthfeel ( must be the wheat)..long lasting hop after taste. OK IPA not a fav though.

35,5cl at Crepp, Tartu. Pours slightly hazy golden to orange with an off-white head. Rather hoppy aroma dominated by citrus, with notes of tropical fruits and spruce too and just hints of caramel and alcohol. Medium to moderate sweet with fruity flavours and a bitter finish and aftertaste with notes grapefruits. Decent and tasty.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured cloudy, orange with a small white head, spotty lacing. Aroma of fruits and malts mixed with some hints of hops. Taste is sweet, caramel notes, fruits and a bit of booze and some bitter notes from hops. Nice and quite drinkable IPA; liked it quite a bit.

I got a lot of mango and sweet tropical fruit on the aroma, followed by a brown sugar sweetness. Itís definitely on the sweeter side as far as ipaís go. Taste is basically the same. Lots of brown sugary sweetness with a slight hoppy bitterness. Not bad, just a little too sweet for me.

While ultimately just another West Coast IPA variation, this brew features a uniquely pleasant fruity and piney aroma, very sweet yet hoppy. Pours an ever-so-slightly hazy burnt orange, nice white head and plenty of lacing. Taste is "softly bitter" if that makes any sense, as in it is certainly hoppy with bitter pacific resiny hops, but is only of a moderate flavor intensity that does not overwhelm the palate. Nice variety of floral and piney hops, along with some toasted malty background notes. Very grapefruit-like. Finishes solidly bitter with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Not very fascinating on it's own, but goes well with food. Just pleasant overall.
