Slightly malty with a little hops...most it has going for it is the appearance. Pours a nice clear red color with a fair off white head. Head didn’t last too long and there was virtually no lacing to speak of. Not much to the finish. Not terribly impressed. footbalm (1218), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 17, 2008 pours a nice amber/brown with light head. Tastes a bit thin (due to low carbonation?) to me but otherwise pretty good - nice chewy wheaty taste with very slight hints of vinegar SuperDave70 (1157), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 15, 2008 Pours amber with a small white head. Bready malt nose, spicy and earthy hops. Fairly heavy body for what I thought would be a bit more crisp and estery. BuckeyeBoy (1654), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 13, 2008 12oz bottle pours out a dark amber or maybe crimson??? Topped with a small white head. A nice aroma of malt and light wheat. Tast of thick malt a little hops and a touch of sweetness. not to bad. ZiggyG (131), Gladstone, Oregon, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Feb 9, 2008 Bottle. Pours a beautiful dark copper. if held up to an iridescently light it is almost the color of rose gold, beautiful. Head is about 4 fingers right after the pour with small almost nitro looking bubbles. This recedes to a half finger head that remains throughout the drink. Smell is light floral hops and dry biscuit like malts. Taste is very light floral hops with a strong wheat backbone. Very thick wheat taste at the back of the throat with some banana like chewyness. Mouthfeel is medium-heavy with very low carbonation. Its pretty unique. This beer has a very smooth but big (thick) finish. Not too bad. Almost the definition of a session beer. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 9, 2008 Brass-amber color with some froth of head. Does not remotely resemble a wheat beer, and not at all cloudy. More akin to an amber in appearance and a Britt pale ale in aroma, flavor, and body. Dank, stagnant Britt hop aroma, with a stagnant hop flavor.
