Ligth milky golden in colour with steady head and medium body. Nose of mild yeast. Taste of pure baking yeast, green banana, toffee and malt. Very easy to drink but little bit too watery and it lacks some certain deepness.

Bottle in Tirol in ski resort. Nice golden body with big head. Nose of caramel, malts and toffee. Taste is also malty and caramel and fruits and bananas. Nice creamy texture. Enjoyable.

Hellgelb und etwas trüb im Glas; der Schaum ist leider recht schnell verflogen. Hefig und leicht bananig im Aroma. Der Antrunk ist leicht und perlend, geradezu erfrischend. Geschmacklich eine milde Mischung aus Hefe- und Weizennoten, auch die fruchtige Komponente (Banane, Citrus) ist wieder vorhanden. Insgesamt ein mildes und wohlbekömmliches Weißbier, dass im Gegensatz zum Erdinger aber Charakter aufweist. Gelungen!
