UPDATED: AUG 26, 2016 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a large a little off-white head, nose is yeasty and bready with some earthy hints, taste is quite mild and smooth with a little tartness, a little spiciness and nearly no bitterness in the finish. A very uncomplicated and refreshing weizen.

50 cl swing-top bottle, unpasteurized. Orange color, cloudy, short white head. Weizen aroma, mild fruity, some banana and spice, citrus, yeast. Taste is balanced, not excessively sweet, little bitter. Finish is dry, refreshing, medium bodied, honest/crude, feels more potent than 5%. Solid bavarian weissbier.

Bottle 0.5L. Hazy amber body with a large, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with some nice lacing. Moderate malty (grains, bread) and light-to-moderate hoppy (citrus) aroma with some banana notes. Light sweet flavour with some acidic notes. Light-to-medium body with watery texture; average carbonation.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, banana, floral and bubblegum. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long banana and wheat finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
