Very pilsner like on the nose. Appearence is nothing short of champagne in colour. Flavour is mild yet hoppy, with a dab of parsley among the mix. Finish is lengthy. Not high carbonation, yet still too much for this soft lad.

May 8, 2007 Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of cardboard and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of cardboard - quite boring.
