Bottle in Vienna, 2006. Bright, golden yellow. Not so large head. Good malt aroma, slightly sweet, with hops as well. Rather complicated flavor. Strong hops and pretty strong malt. A tinge of sweetness more than balanced by hop bitterness. Medium body, high carbonation. Flavors of grass, fruit. Slightly bitter and also malty finish. Good beer, not overly exciting, but few faults.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium sized foamy white head. Fresh aroma: slightly sweet grainy malty nose with a touch of citrus and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Soft malty and subtle fruity base with a light but aromatic hops-character; a bit slim but clean and refreshing fruity and herbal hoppy finish. Nice one (05.08.08).

Clear light blond coloured beer with almost no carbonation and a small white head. Light herby and malty aroma. Medium ligth wattery palate. Finih is light malty with some sweeter touches. Not bad.

Huge offwhite lasting head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Fruity peppery aroma, quite light and very clean. Harmonic. Dry-sweet grassy peppery hop taste with fruity malty notes. Some residual sweetness. Mid-bodied. Dry grassy aftertaste. Nice, clean, drinkable. (0.5l bottle, Sternbräu, Salzburg.)

Bottle. Poured golden in color with a tall white head that leaves light lacing. Hop/malt pils aroma with a very slight hint of spices. The flavor is grainy, malts and slight acidic. Light body and watery. (Rating from Oct ’07 in Graz, Austria)

Pale yellow with a weak white head. An aroma of butter, malt, sweets, weak notes of hops and DMS. A flavor which is bitter and oily with butter notes.
